 The recent remarks from Idaho's governor confirm what we have already known: housing is essential. During these unprecedented times, we wanted to take a moment to assure you that our whole team is working hard to ensure you have an amazing experience while looking for your next home.
We have had to alter our normal strategy in relation to tours of our available homes, however. Until the stay at home order has been lifted, we will not be hosting open houses at The BLVD. We will, however, still be able to show homes on an individual basis by appointment and will be following all social distancing and sanitizing guidelines to ensure the tours are safe and enjoyable for everyone! Additionally, we have virtual tours of our available homes linked on our website, are able to accommodate tours via Facetime, Zoom, Skype, etc. for those unable to tour in person.
